Florida

Last week we got to enjoy an entire week in Florida with Danny's parents, PLUS his sister and our nephew.  This is the most consecutive time I have gotten to spend with Allie and Justin, and it was Addison's first time meeting her aunt and cousin!  So sweet.

Danny finally had a surfing partner (though I'm slowly warming up the idea to giving it a try), so the boys spent nearly every morning hanging 10.  OK I don't think they actually did any hang 10s, but you get the idea.

Addison enjoyed every second of the week, minus the midnight to 6am window every night.  We didn't much enjoy that window either.  For some reason her sleep was TOTALLY out of whack (completely uncharacteristic) and we never did get it ironed out until we got home.  Oh well, totally worth the extra exhaustion.

I loved finally getting to spend some time with Allie - she's my only "sister" after all, and both she and Mary Ann got lots of time to spoil enjoy Addie.  We didn't really have an agenda for the week, and just enjoyed days on the beach and nights playing games/watching HGTV (poor Justin. not exactly prime TV for a teenager).

SUCH a water baby. daddy is proud.

Their back yard had such nice lighting and colors that I had to take advantage for a photo shoot.  

We are so thankful for the week we had!  Just wish (as always) that we were closer to make the trip both easier and more frequent.
